I am an experienced railway professional specialising in Competence Management and Learning & Development. I take a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, with a strong focus on delivering the customer requirement.
I can help with many aspects of railway operations, from risk-based training needs analysis (RBTNA) and competence standards development through to the design and delivery of training courses and programmes.
I am a qualified Assessor, IQA and Lead IQA and I hold a Level 4 Certificate and L&D.
